1.  How do I reserve my weeks/season?

    Answer:  a) Review our policies online:
                         - Security Deposit Policy.
                         - Condo Rules Policy.
                         - Trash Policy.

                 b) Select a property and the weeks/season you're interested in.
                         - Select a property
                         - Click on "Photos" (use the index on the left-hand side)
                         - Click on "Rates"   (use the index on the left-hand side)

                 c)  Call us at (215) 783-2208 to verify that the weeks/season are still available.

                           WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CONTRACTS/PAYMENT WITHOUT FIRST SPEAKING
                           WITH YOU ON THE PHONE.  YOU MUST CALL US BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT.
                      ** This is actually to your benefit.  We'll place a four day "quiet" reserve on the
                           weeks you've requested.  This allows you enough time to send in payment.

                 d) Review the property's contract (see specific property for it's contract).
                         - Select the property you placed on "quiet" reserve.
                         - Click on "Contract" (use the index on the left-hand side)

                 e) Print the property's contract.
                         - Write in today's date for the "Agreement Date".
                         - Write your initials indicating that rent is non-refundable.
                         - Initial the Security Deposit Policy which states that you agree with it.
                         - Initial the Condo Rules Policy which states that you will comply with it.
                         - Initial the Trash Policy which states that you will comply with it.
                         - Write in the weeks/season you've placed on "quiet" reserve with us.  
                         - Write in the Amount for each week/season you've placed on "quiet" reserve.
                         - Add up each week/season's Amount.
                         - Write in the "Total Rent" amount.

                 f) Determine amount "Due Now" at time of signing the contract:
                         - If signing the contract before February 1 of the current rental year:
                                 Amount Due = Security Deposit + 1/3 Total Rent

                         - If signing the contract between January 31 and February 28 of the current rental year:
                                 Amount Due = Security Deposit + 2/3 Total Rent

                         - If signing the contract after February 28 of the current rental year:
                                 Amount Due = Security Deposit + Total Rent

                        - If signing the contract for a rental that occurs between November and May,
                           please give us a call to work out a payment schedule.

                 f) Determine "Balance Due":
                        - "Bal Due" = "Total Rent" - "Dep #1" - "Dep #2" - "Dep #3".
                        - Write in the "Bal Due" amount.

                 g) Payment methods:
                        - If paying by check or money order, write in which type you're sending.
                        - If paying by PayPal, check off "Request PayPal".

                 f) Sign the contract.
                        - Sign your name in the space labeled "Sign:".
                        - Print your name in the space labeled "Print:".

                 g) Enclose signed contract in an envelop with a check, money order, or credit card
                     payment request.

                         - Credit Card payments are made via PayPal and a special procedure will
                            be setup for you to make your payment.  Contact us and we'll arrange it.
                            YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PAYPAL PAYMENT.
