Trash Policy:

PLEASE PRINT THIS PAGE FOR YOUR REFERENCE.


Pay special attention to the local trash/recycle laws.  The township will levy fines if trash is not properly handled.  Said fines will be passed on to the Lessee.

          Trash Pick Up:               Monday morning
                                                 Thursday morning
          Recycle Pick Up:           Thursday mornings

          Trash/recycles may not be put out for pickup before 5:00 PM the previous night.
          Trash/recycle cans must be picked up within an hour of trash/recycle pickup.
          Trash/recycle cans must be kept in the rear of the condo.


TRASH RULES:

Line your trash can with plastic trash bags located under the kitchen sink.
Place trash in the plastic bag, tie tightly, and discard into a trash can located out back.
All cans located in the rear of the building must be securely covered with a lid.
When placing trash cans out for pickup, each can must be securely covered with a lid.


RECYCLE RULES:

The unit’s recycle container is under the kitchen sink or near the sink.  Line it with a brown bag.
Recycle glass, plastic (1 and 2), and cans. 
Carry recycles to the rear of the building and discard into the “RECYCLE” container.
Corrugated cardboard must be bundled together and placed separately at the curb.
Newspapers must be bundled together and placed in a brown paper bag and placed separately at the curb.
Do not place the brown paper bag in the indoors recycle container out back.  Please return it to the unit.
Please put the bundled newspapers in a brown paper bag out on recycle day only.
When placing recycles out for pickup, do not put a lid on the container.

Lessee agrees to the aforementioned Trash Rules.  If Lessee or tenants violates any of the rules listed above, Owner will evict the Tenants from the premises for the remainder of their stay and no monies (rental or security deposit) collected by Owner will be refunded to the Lessee.
