Security Deposit Conversion to Rental Deposit Form

I ______________________________________, authorize Maureen Handschuh to convert my $300 Security Deposit into a Rental Deposit for my next visit with BeachVaca.com.  I understand that this conversion will take place on January 1 of the following year of the last day of my stay with BeachVaca.com, unless I specify otherwise below.  This Rental Deposit can not be refunded under any circumstances, but it will be honored by Maureen Handschuh and applied to my next rental as a portion of my initial rental deposit.  No interest on the $300 balance will be accumulated, effective immediately, upon signing this form.
