The policies listed below apply to all of our rental units regardless of length of stay.

NO SMOKING:
Since we have to cater to the general public (smokers and non-smokers), we must insist that all smoking of any kind must be performed outside of the unit.  Under no circumstances is smoking permitted within the unit.  If anyone is caught smoking within the unit, you will be evicted immediately and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay, your rent, and your security deposit in total.

NO PETS:
Since we have to cater to the general public, we cannot allow pets even though it may be a "hypo-allergenic" pet.  It would not be fair for us to pick and choose who's pet is allowed and not allowed; therefore, we do NOT allow pets in the unit at any time.  If a pet is found within the unit, you will be evicted immediately and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay, your rent, and your security deposit in total.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS:
Under no circumstances are illegal drugs allowed in the unit at any time or for any reason.
  This includes under age drinking as well.  If an illegal drug is found within the unit, you will be evicted immediately and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay, your rent, and your security deposit in total.

NO LOUD NOISES:
We realize that you want to have a good time while on your vacation, but you must realize that the majority of the people in your neighboring Condo units stay all Summer long (some even live there year-round).  Since they see a steady flow of people coming and going weekly, the last thing they need is a loud, rambunctious group of people disturbing their peaceful moments.  Please keep the noise level to a socially acceptable level at all times.   

TRASH and RECYCLES:
Trash pick up service:      Monday and Thursday mornings.
Recycle pick up service:   Thursday mornings.

Please read the local Trash/Recycle rules located in your unit and pay attention to the special rules that apply.  Trash/recycles are taken very seriously in North Wildwood.  Please note that there will be some trash left from the previous guest just as you will leave some trash for the following guests since trash day is NOT Saturday.  Here are some basic guidelines you MUST follow:

  1.  Recycle glass, plastic, and cans.  Please use the plastic trash can labeled RECYCLES in the unit.
  2.  Use a brown paper bag to line the Recycle Can.  Dump the contents into the Recycle Trash Can out back.
  3.  Do not throw the brown paper bag into the Recycle Trash can.  Cans, bottles, and plastic only in the recycle can.
  4.  Use a plastic trash bag from under the sink to line the trash can in the unit (not the Recycle can).
  5.  Newspapers must be bundled together and placed in a brown paper bag.  You may put them out in the paper bag.
  6.  All plastic trash bags must be tied tightly before taken out to the trash can out back.
  7.  When placing recycles out for pickup, please do not put a lid on the recycle container.
  8.  When placing trash cans out for pickup, you MUST have a tightly secured lid on the trash container.
  9.  When placing newspaper bundles in a brown bag out for pickup, just place them on the ground near the trash can. 
 10. Please note that the trash laws in North Wildwood are very strict and come with a fine if violated.
 11. If a fine is levied, the fine will be passed on to the responsible renter.
 12. Trash/recycle cans can not be placed out front before 5:00 PM the night before trash/recycle pick up.
 13. Trash/recycle cans must be removed from the curb and placed out back within an hour of pick up.


CLEANLINESS:
We take great pride and care in preparing our units for your stay (includes deck too).  We spend countless hours making certain everything is clean, in good working condition, and available for your use and enjoyment.  In that regard, we expect our renters to return the unit to us upon their departure in the same or better/cleaner condition than when they checked in.  If you do not wish to clean prior to check out, please let us know by the last Tuesday of your stay and we'll arrange for a cleaning service to clean the unit upon your departure.  The cost for the cleaning service is $125 and it is due on the last Tuesday of your stay.  If you choose this option we still expect the unit to be neat, straightened up, trash and recycles taken out, and all of your personal items (including food) to be removed from the unit.  If you do not pay for the cleaning option and you do not leave the unit as clean as when you checked in, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

PARKING:
Parking is only allowed within the confines of the driveway.  You are not permitted to block steps, sidewalks, or neighbor's cars.  Do not park on the lawn.  If you have more cars than will fit in your assigned parking spaces, please find a parking space on the street and park your least used car there.    Here's a breakdown of available parking by unit:
 

Beachfront
2 parking spaces just to the left of the evergreens in the driveway.
Beachfront II
1 parking space just to the left of the steps.
Sand Dollar


1 parking space. 
Park in the 4th space counting left to right.
Please do not block the sidewalk entrance.
Starfish


2 parking spaces. 
Park in the right most 2 spaces.
Please do not block the sidewalk entrance.
Coral Reef

1 parking space.
You may park anywhere in the parking lot, but please only take one space!
