d) Print the property's contract, fill in the weeks and rates you're interested in.
e) Sign the contract.

g) Enclose signed contract in an envelop with a check, money order, or credit card
info for the total rent + the full security deposit.

2. How do I pay for my rental?
Answer: We accept personal checks, money orders, and
.We will also accept any combination of the aforementioned.
3. How close is the boardwalk?
Answer: Less than a 10 minute walk away.
We recommend a day pass if you're going to go on a lot of rides.
Check out the water parks, they're a lot of fun too!
4. Do I need to purchase beach tags?
Answer: No. The Wildwood beaches are FREE!
5. Are the beaches clean?
Answer: Yes. Each night the Wildwood beaches are combed and "primped" for your daily enjoyment.
6. Are there Lifeguards on duty?
Answer: Yes. There is one stationed on the beach at 7th Avenue.
7. Are there public restrooms at the beach?
Answer: Yes. They are located at 7th and JFK.
8. Is there handicap access to the beach?
Answer: Yes. 7th & JFK.
9. Can I rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items?
Answer: Yes. I believe there is a rental stand on the beach around 8th Avenue.
10. Is there a grill?
Answer: Our Beachfront and Ocean View Condos do not have grills due to township restrictions.
Our Seasonal units do come with a grill, but you are not permitted to grill on your deck, only in the yard.
11. Are pets allowed on the beach?
Answer: No. The Wildwood beaches do not allow pets on the beach during the Summer season.
12. Are pets allowed in the unit?

13. Smoking allowed?
Answer: No. See our policies for more information.
14. Are linens provided?
Answer: No. Please bring your own bed linens.
We've found that our guests are more comfortable using their own sheets than ours.
15. What are the bed sizes?
Answer: Each property has a web page titled "Bedding" for the specific property you're interested in.
The "Bedding" page describes each bed located in the particular unit.
