There is parking for 1 car. Please make certain you park in your assigned parking space. Do not park illegally on 7th Avenue, stay on the lot. Warning: North Wildwood Police patrol the area hourly and look for incorrectly parked vehicles. They are quick to ticket you. |

There is a shower located on the left-hand side of the building. It is not enclosed. When you return from the beach, please be sure to rinse off your beach supplies and yourself as well before entering the unit. |
| Deck | There is a large deck area located in front of the unit and also just to the left as you come out of the unit. It's right at the beachfront facing the beach with a view of the Ocean (East) , the Boardwalk (South), and Stone Harbor (North). |
